Holiday Charcuterie Board Workshop with The Dancer’s Pantry at Iron Hub Winery

Join Chelsea Farrah, owner of Sacramento’s premier charcuterie company, The Dancer’s Pantry, as she guides you through building and styling a holiday charcuterie board. Take a completed board home after class to share with family and friends (or keep it for yourself!) The class is roughly 90 minutes long and includes tips and tricks for taking a charcuterie board to the next level, as well as basic knife skills, food styling, and cheese knowledge. All food, utensils, charcuterie boards, and to-go wrapping will be supplied for each attendee. Reservations are required.

Cost to attend
$92 per person, and Inner Circle Club members are $87 per person.
