Whether you’re hosting a garden gathering, a spring brunch, or simply looking to elevate your hosting skills, this hands-on class will teach you how to create a stunning seasonal charcuterie board.

Join Chelsea Farrah, owner of one of Sacramento’s premier charcuterie companies, The Dancer’s Pantry, as she guides you through the art of building and styling a board that is as visually stunning as it is delicious. This class will incorporate fresh, vibrant springtime ingredients and styling techniques inspired by the season’s colors and flavors. During this 90-minute experience, you’ll learn: Tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie board Basic knife skills and food styling techniques Cheese pairing knowledge to impress your guests At the end of the class, you’ll take home a beautifully crafted charcuterie board—perfect to share at your next spring celebration or enjoy all to yourself!
